Construction for the amenity-packed Altis Boca Raton apartment complex is complete

Boca Raton’s new luxury 400-unit apartment complex Altis Boca Raton is complete, reports the South Florida Business Journal. The development is located at 5500 N. Military Trail Park in Broken Sound business park.

The apartments themselves offer features like wine coolers, spa-inspired bathrooms with soaking tubs, walk-in closets, and Nest thermostats. Rent starts at $1,820, and the apartments range in size from 700-square-foot one bedroom units to 1,407-square-foot three bedroom units.

Then there are the amenities: Altis Boca Raton includes a Starbucks cafe, meditation garden, nine-hole putting green, gym and yoga studio, pool, pet spa, fire pit, movie room, package storage lockers, a game game room, and more.
