The top floor of the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science will soon be known as the Royal Caribbean Vista, as part of a $1.2 million gift from Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.
The science museum, located in downtown Miami’s Museum Park, announced today that it has received two major gifts from Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD and NASDAQ, which recently pledged $500,000.
Both gifts will support ongoing programs at Frost Science. Royal Caribbean and Frost Science will also work together on several initiatives that extending beyond the museum’s walls, including community access support and habitat restoration. Since opening last May, 750,000 guests have walked through Frost Science, according to the museum.
