The recently completed 101 Bay Harbor Islands townhouse development is bringing in Pordes Residential as the exclusive onsite sales and marketing firm to sell out the remaining residences of the 12-home project.

New photos of the project are in too, with a glimpse inside the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom homes with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces. The homes at 1010 Bay Harbor Terrace include rooftop spaces with barbecues, summer kitchens, and Jacuzzis.
