Will Pillow, an app to manage Airbnb, ease the rental process?

Pillow, a platform that helps manage your Airbnb rental, wants to make it easier for residents of Smart Brickell to do the same.

Smart Brickell is a condo project designed by Hernando Carrillo that’ll be finished in 2020.

“This partnership with Pillow [gives] residents the ability to securely allow others to lease their unit with ease,” says Santiago Vanegas, CEO and president of Habitat Group.

Under the partnership, residents of Smart Brickell located in west Brickell, will get help managing his or her calendar, determining prices for a unit, giving keys to guests, and cleaning the rental during and after a guest’s stay.

According to Smart Brickell, the deal is a first in Miami involving Pillow.

Under the stipulation Smart Brickell’s yet to be launched app will manage the home-sharing experience. It will work to assist residents in efficiently utilizing their home’s smart use functions such as Nest thermostats, Lifx Wi-Fi-enabled LED smart bulbs, Samsung’s digital home appliances, and more.
