It’s no surprise that the home of French investor Philippe Ginestet, the founder of Eurinvest Group, would have a modern aesthetic.

The $12.6 million home overlooks an open bay that leads into the ocean and includes an oversized corner lot to dock your boat. If that doesn’t tickle your fancy, you can always take a dip in the infinity pool or entertain friends in the pool cabana that has an outdoor kitchen.

Built in 2018, the two-story, fully furnished home has all the trappings of luxury real estate—24 feet floor-to-ceiling windows, open space, leather furniture, and wooden and marble floors. The home even has a floating staircase.

Perched on a 19,950 square feet lot, the 8,083 square foot property is located in the gated community of Normandy Golf Course Island. It has seven bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, and an indoor pool table.

An earlier version of this story referred to Ginestet as the CEO of GiFi. The information has been corrected.
