Developer CMC Group has sold about 75 percent of its 549 units at Brickell Flatiron, a luxury condominium tower in Downtown Miami,

The luxury sky rise—that will measure 736 feet tall once its finished—has about 138 units that are still available. Ugo Colombo, developer and CEO of CMC Group, also completed 32 floors of the proposed 64-story benchmark.

According to the developer, one level will be finalized weekly until all 64 floors are completed.

Brickell Flatiron offers 9-foot high ceiling duplexes and 10-foot high ceiling penthouses. Duplex costs start at $500,000 while penthouse prices begin at a $1 million. Each unit has a sliding glass door that leads to a balcony—some of which have views of Biscayne Bay.

The tower is its own entertainment hub in the Brickell Financial District—it includes a wine room, cellar, and cigar room. Residents can read a book in the library or play games in the billiard. The lobby includes retail and dining options.

The 18th floor of Brickell Flatiron houses an indoor pool while another pool sits on the rooftop. The rooftop also offers a spa and gym that features a studio and sauna.

Brickell Flatiron is designed by architect Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture International and interior architect Massimo Iosa Ghini.

Construction began in 2016 and its completion date is slated for summer of 2019.
