Unlike any other property in Bay Harbor Islands, OPUS Bay Harbor, an 8-story boutique condominium, will be made up of only seven units.

Brokerage firm, Compass, released renderings of the residency, which is slated to break ground in Fall 2018.

Designed by award-winning architect Bermello Ajamil, OPUS Bay Harbor residences will be between 4,225 to 5,000 square feet with prices ranging from $4.436 million to $6.351 million.

Perched on the northern tip of Bay Harbor Islands, the boutique condominium is in a prime location just minutes away from Bay Harbor Shops, Bay Harbour Beach, and Haulover Beach Park. Each unit will also offer unobstructed waterfront views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from multiple terraces.

Sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the bay.

Each of the seven units offer four bedrooms with a den, four full bathrooms and one half bath.

Each unit’s kitchen is anchored by a sleek marble island.

The gym is located on the second floor while the rooftop includes a tranquil terrace and sundeck, kitchen, and pool.

Other amenities include a private lobby with concierge, secured garage, docks for residents’ boats, bicycle storage, and more.

Developed by Congress Group, OPUS Bay Harbor is scheduled for completion by 2020.
