Sleek, Miami penthouse with 36-foot infinity pool sells for $26M

The only full floor oceanfront penthouse in South Beach sold for $26 million dollars by Douglas Elliman brokers.

The home’s owner is Boris Jordan, the CEO of Russian-based investment firm, Sputnik Group, the South Florida Business Journal reports.

The deal was closed by Eloy Carmenate, Mick Duchon, Bill Hernandez, and Bryan Sereny.

The penthouse is part of 321 Ocean, a collection of 21 luxury residences, that’s located in one of Miami’s most desirable neighborhood, South of Fifth.

The property ranks as the highest-priced residential sell in the last year in Miami-Dade County, Forbes reports. This is nothing new. In 2015, the same penthouse asked for $53 million dollars when it was listed.

Tucked away on Ocean Drive in the South of Fifth neighborhood, the home referred to as ‘Miami Beach’s most sought after penthouse’ can only be accessed by a private elevator.

Located at 321 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, it’s the only oceanfront penthouse in South Beach with a 36-square-foot infinity pool that overlooks the ocean.

The heated pool sits on a private 5,223 square foot roof deck.

The interior of the penthouse includes a living room, family room, and dining area.

Hanging light fixtures decorate the sleek open kitchen that has stone countertops, a kitchen island, Poggenpohl cabinets, and sub-zero, Miele appliances.

The penthouse has an abundance of light and space and 10’ floor to ceiling windows that give 360-degree views of Atlantic Ocean.

The penthouse has five bedrooms including staff quarters, 5 bathrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms.

The master bathroom features oversize showers with floor-to-ceiling glass and marble, a soaking tub, water closet, rain shower, and handheld spray.

The 13,220 square foot property has a two-story penthouse that includes 10’ deep oceanfront terraces, an outdoor kitchen that includes a fire pit, and a dining table that fits about 40 guests.

The penthouse comes with access to the Garden at 321, a landscaped urban oasis designed by Enzo Enea, and the Ocean Library, a resident lounge that includes an art collection, architecture, and culinary books.

The home’s other amenities includes direct beach access including beach service, security, 24-hour concierge, and valet parking.
