A piece of baseball memorabilia is up for sale. And no, I’m not referring to the $1.995 million penthouse that’s hidden in the luxury glass tower, Mei Condominium that’s for sale.

Instead, I’m referring to the other property listing by Josie Wang of Brown Harris Stevens Miami on behalf of retired Major League Baseball player Placido Polanco.

Polanco put his 7,000 square foot, Pinecrest home on the market for $4.395 million.

This isn’t Polanco’s first venture into Florida real estate. In 2014, he sold his Tuscan-style Pinecrest home for $4.59 million, Realtor reports.

A tropical oasis located at 6430 Southwest 122nd Street, the mansion blends indoor and outdoor spaces with 24’ soaring ceilings and floors made of exotic stone, marble, and tile.

Sitting on a 40,946 square foot lot, the six bedroom, six bathroom home feels like a sanctuary with exquisite craftsmanship and architectural design. The home also features two-and-a-half smaller bathrooms.

The mansion’s interior includes a living room, open vistas, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, and a dining area.

The home’s outdoor entertainment includes fire-pit sitting area, cabana, and a summer kitchen.

Outdoor amenities includes landscaped lush grounds, feng shui water features, a large heated pool, and an onsite putting green.

The home’s annual taxes is $37,591.
