American tennis legend, Chris Evert, listed her eclectically decorated Boca Raton home for $4.99 million through Katia Reisler of Douglas Elliman and Rebecca Spooner of Siemens Group Realty.

The 18-time Grand Slam winner bought the home for $2.8 million in 2003, the Sun Sentinel reports. She later listed it for $5.995 million in 2016.

The 12,000 square foot, gated property that’s located at 8563 Horseshoe Lane in Pam Beach County includes a mansion, five acres of land, and many outdoor amenities.

The eight bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom home features Venetian decor such as exposed beams, crown molding, polish wood floors, and wallpapered walls.

The interior of the home resembles a French-style farm house featuring heavy wood doors, wood panel ceilings and cross beams, and hanging, replica light fixtures.

The main house includes 6 bedrooms, maids quarters, and a laundry room.

Classic Americana furniture can be found throughout the property—in the living room, office room, and butler’s pantry, kitchen, and dining room.

Indoor amenities include a fitness center, wet bar, pool table, and viewing room.

Two bedrooms are in each guest house.

The home sits on five acres with outdoor amenities such as a tennis court, putting greens, swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a 9-car garage.
