A luxury condominium was given recognition by city officials for enhancing Broward County’s image.

Tucked away in the quiet community of Dolphin Isles, the Macken Companies-developed home merges lush greenery with indoor and outdoor spaces to create a tropical oasis.

Located an hour outside of Miami at 3200 Northeast 26th Street, the Beach House is a luxury residency that the City of Fort Lauderdale awarded the 2018 Community Appearance Award for its beautiful curb appeal.

According to the City of Fort Lauderdale’s website, the residency was given the honor because it enhances the city’s visual image and economic vitality.

The Beach House includes four types of single family homes (with three or four bedrooms) that start at $1.5 million to buy.

The winning recipient is the Beach House’s four-bedroom, four-bathroom unit that has 2,964 square foot of interior space and a large terrace.

The two-story home boasts all the regularities of a Florida home such as a kitchen with gas appliances and a living room but it also features other perks such as a den and front porch.

The interior has elevated 10-foot high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, and surround-sound wall mount.

Designed by Randall Stofft Architects, the properties boast modern amenities such as smart home capability and private pools.

Since 1978, the City of Fort Lauderdale have given the award to over 1,000 residential and commercial developments in Broward County.
