A Boca Raton estate dubbed the King of the Court because of its sprawling in-house, NBA-inspired basketball court hit the market asking $6.95 million.

The property is listed by Compass agents, David Carrion-Levy and Ben Moss.

The seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom home has 7,000-plus square feet of interior space that includes barrel roofing, marble flooring, and high-impact doors and windows.

Located at 6023 Le Lac in Palm Beach County, more than an hour outside of Miami-Dade County, the home’s basketball court isn’t its only winning feature, but it’s pretty impressive.

The indoor court is a replica of the Miami Heat’s court at the American Airlines Arena featuring highly polished hardwood floors, air conditioning, and a 12-foot rim.

The 14,500-square-foot property has waterfront views and access to a lake where an owner can dock a boat.

The living room, kitchen, and dining room have bay windows and large open space.

The King of the Court home offers other fun amenities such as a gym, den, media room, recreation room, sunroom, and pool.

The estate sits on 2.1 acres of land that’s peppered with lush palm trees and also includes a guest house.

It’s part of a homeowners association that charges members $3,750 annually. In 2017, the home’s previous owner paid $51,721 in property taxes.
