A five-bedroom Ocean Ridge home that served as the backdrop for country music artist Jenny Tolman’s music video “Something to Complain About” has sold for $19.88 million.

Although it was listed for as much as $24.95 million, the recent sale to Freedom Mortgage Corp. founder and CEO Stanley Middleman and wife Roslyn was still high enough to set a new record for the Ocean Ridge area.

The 13,500-square-foot home boasts white oak wood and limestone tile floors, a smart home system, and a chef’s kitchen that featured heavily in the music video. The interior opens up to the ocean and an outdoor space with a heated pool, spa, summer kitchen, and cabana bathroom.

The seller of 6161 N. Ocean Boulevard was represented by Nick Malinosky & Randy Ely of Douglas Elliman. Malinosky is married to Tolman’s sister, Katherine—which may help explain the property’s starring role in the video.
