A Coral Gables estate that sold earlier this month for $19 million—and shattered the record for single family home sales in the Cocoplum subdivision in the process—was purchased by Grammy-winning performer Marc Anthony, revealed the Wall Street Journal on Friday.

The 21,000-square-foot Mediterranean style “Casa Costanera” compound had previously belonged to Bacardi heiress Hilda Maria Bacardi, sister of company chairman Facundo Bacardi and great great granddaughter of founder Facundo Bacardí Masso. Built in 2016, the 1.3-acre property features 12 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, three kitchens, an elevator, and a 480-foot water frontage. It initially listed for more than $27 million.

Marc Anthony is known for his singing—with 25 Billboard chart hits to his credit—as well as his acting and producing work. The 49-year-old New York native has six children, including two with former wife Jennifer Lopez.
