Boasting soothing white walls, countless arches, and impressive ocean views, this picturesque Mediterranean-style estate is one of only a handful of beachfront homes in Miami-Dade’s exclusive Golden Beach community.

The 11,599-square-foot mansion was originally listed in 2016 seeking $42.5 million—a price that also included an adjacent 21,000 square-foot oceanfront parcel. It returned without the side lot for $29 million and was recently repriced by The Jills of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate to $27.5 million.

Despite ditching the side lot, the current listing still includes the spacious main home plus two semi-detached structures, housing a home theater, gym, and private guest quarters. The six-bedroom property also sports new decor courtesy of Meridith Baer Home and looks considerably more contemporary compared to its previous 2016 listing photos.

The home at 387 Ocean Boulevard had once belonged to late writer, philanthropist, and socialite Barbara Schlesinger, who passed away in 2015 at the age of 82. The exclusive waterfront estate was reportedly purchased in 1985 for the now unbelievably low price of $865,000.
