View as Map

Coral Gables, the historic suburb city of Miami where hedges are manicured to geometric perfection and until recently pickup trucks were banned from being parked anywhere visible, has a surprising number of affordable listings currently on the market. Most are located in the medium-density apartment buildings in the Gables' northern reaches, or along US-1. The 9 least expensive bottom out at $84,500 for a quite tiny 275 square foot studio in a rather cute yellow building and head on up to $170,000 for a unit with a new kitchen and a pool in the building.
