On today's weekly edition of “Mapped” on Curbed Miami we're taking a look at the most gigantic single family homes on the Miami market.
It's not based off lot measurements but the actual sizes of the homes themselves, ranked according to Zillow. Coral Gables and Miami Beach were the two densest areas housing these behemoth mansions.
Homes on our map range in size from a little over 15,000 square feet to north of 20,000 square feet and are priced from $7.6 million all the way up to $65 million. Our map covers only houses — not condos — within Miami-Dade County and begins with the smallest residences, working our way up to the behemoths that look more like hotels.
