Nearly three quarters of the way through 2017 and there already have been a handful of blockbuster single-family home sales across Miami-Dade County.

Topping the list is 1 Casuarina Concourse, the Alan Potamkin-owned mansion in Coral Gables with nearly 1,000 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage that sold for $43.7 million in March. Seven homes have eclipsed the $20 million mark so far.
