Two luxury residential developments under construction in Miami-Dade County unveiled new renderings this week: Metropica One in Sunrise and Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach.
Metropica, a $1.5 billion mega-development rising on a whopping 65 acres in Sunrise, has announced a new wave of tenants that includes Harry’s Pizzeria, a Michael Schwartz operation.
Metropica received unanimous approval to begin construction on its initial phase of construction that will include 370,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment along with a 345-unit apartment.
The upcoming mixed-use mammoth of a development in Metropica, a 65-acre project that will include residential, office, and retail space, released a couple of new renderings and an updated completion date.
The development that will include the tallest building (28 stories) in Sunrise released new renderings recently with Metropica unveiling their three-bedroom residence, some amenities, and more views of their retail portion.
A 2,056-square-foot penthouse sold for $1.146 million and a 2,448-square-foot penthouse sold for $1.365 million. Both equate to $557 a foot, which set a record in West Broward.
